                                          1. Custom Items
Custom-engraved items are non-refundable unless incorrect due to our error.

                                          2. Non-Custom Items
May be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the customers responsibility. 

                                          3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

                                          4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or packages marked delivered.
